Perceived failures often cause anxiety, low self-esteem, fear of not fitting in and more. We will help you to teach your child to:

• Understand the connection between the autonomic nervous system and the heart
• Learn how to manage stress and build confidence strategies to decrease anxiety, improve self-esteem and be available for creative and critical thinking
